Springtide 50k 2025

A single loop Spring run, starting and finishing in the beautiful, Historic Town of Arundel, West Sussex. This is a very runnable, non-technical route through the South Downs and is a perfect early season ultra for both beginners, seasoned runners, and anyone with plans of taking part in longer races later in the year. The views of the Downs are stunning with rolling hills, grass trails, farm tracks and forest paths making up the route. Starting by Arundel Castle, runners will head up to the Downs before heading through Houghton Forest and Eartham Wood. The route will then loop back towards Findon, through the stunning Angmering Park and Wepham Woods before finishing along the River Arun back to the castle. A great route!
